The Leadline Customer Success Team
The Leadline customer success team exists to support your team’s adoption of Leadline. We get it— this whole thing might seem like a pain in the ass major process change management undertaking. That is 100% okay—that is why we have a customer success program.
Some things that customer success can help you with:
Teaching your team how to use Leadline
Coordinating with your marketing team to obtain media contents (high-res photos, videos, fonts/color guidelines, etc.)
Coordinating with your IT team to install the Leadline website widget on your site (HTML code generation/installation)
Coordinating with your Indeed representative to setup and connect the Leadline JobFeeder to your Indeed account
Listening to your feedback to give you opportunity to suggest ways to make the Leadline product better
Recommending best practices for using Leadline in a way that yield maximum results for your company

Bob Feehery - Director of Leadline Customer Success

Bob heads up our Customer Success program at Leadline. With 10+ years of hands-on consulting experience, Bob excels when it comes to ensuring a smooth adoption and transition for your business as it pertains to change management. As a subject matter expert of Leadline, Bob also knows how to listen to your feedback and effectively communicate it to the Leadline product team for inclusion in future software releases.
Lisa Betts - Customer Success Manager

Lisa specializes in helping your talent acquisition stakeholders become more efficient with Leadline. With prior sales experience, she understands common challenges HR executive and directors are facing, and how Leadline can be applied to directly improve your team efficiencies without disrupting critical steps in your HR process.
Hunter Waldis - UI/UX Designer

Hunter makes our product look state-of-the-art and intuitive while ensuring we simplify your talent acquisition process. For Leadline users that perhaps lack technical marketing support, Hunter can help out with Landing Page design and best practices, Social Media enablement, or other marketing-forward use cases. He can also assist you with setting up your Job Ad templates using assets supplied by you (or your marketing team).
Jonny Lawrence - Director of Digital Marketing

Jonny specializes in getting Leadline hooked up to your Careers page. As the webmaster behind Leadline Inc’s website, he is very knowledgable with HTML/CSS skills required to help you install the Leadline website widget, which runs natively on your website and is SEO optimized to increase Google search results.
